Audiometry Screening

Conducting an Industrial Audiometry Test:

2.5 day program for WHS Professionals to Test, Interpret and Report on results of an Industrial Hearing Test.

Workplace Audiometry allows WHS Audiometry Screen Testers to identify workers:

  • who are at risk for permanent hearing loss and to put measures in place
  • managing risks from noise exposure and prevent and hearing loss
  • educate the workforce about noise
  • helping to discriminate whether hearing loss is cause of Acoustic shock or Ototoxins
Dental CADCAM Training

Introductory course on how to operate a Dental CADCAM. CAD (Computer-Aided Design/Drafting) and CAM (Computer-Aided Machining)

For dental laboratories of any size as well as for laboratories in dental practices, this course demonstrates how a Dental CADCAM strengthens laboratory and dental practice for the challenges of the future.

The dental CADCAM training is aimed at the operation, economic efficiency, high precision, and through high flexibility and digital integration an efficient workflow in your laboratory.

Drug and Alcohol Awareness and Mental Health Awareness

This course gives you the resources, people and contacts when faced with Drug and/or Alcohol addicted individuals. It takes into account what should and shouldn’t and how to handle situations in various environments.

It is designed to suit any front-line workers that deal with large volumes of public on a day to day basis for example banks, hospitality, retail, airlines, volunteers, welfare workers and community workers.

This course is also ideal for friends or family members that may suspect a problem and are unsure of what to do,  complete privacy is guaranteed and it will equip them with what to look for and what to do about it.

Early Years Bush Connections

This short course has been designed for employees in Childcare and any individual interested in teaching preschool children about the Australian Bush. 

The Early Years Bush connection is based on research and concepts from international best practice in nature education as well as current education models such as Forest Schools and Nature Kindergartens.

Although the program has been developed and informed by international best practice it is a uniquely Australian concept in that it is based on the heritage and ecology of our unique Australian landscape.

First Aid

Do you need a First Aider or need to update First Aid qualifications? Our first aid courses are customised to suit your business needs.

The three most popular courses that are available for face to face delivery onsite or at one of our campuses are Apply First Aid, Perform CPR and Provide basic emergency life support.   

Other first aid courses include Anaphylaxis Management, Asthma Management and Mental Health first aid.

Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk

This short course applies to workers involved in delivering services to children and young people including: community services, health, policing, sporting bodies, juvenile justice, recreation, family services, education, alcohol and other drugs work and mental health.

This course equips the participant with the skills required to address duty of care requirements, working within an ethical framework and applying relevant legislation, policies and procedures in responding to children and young people.

Implant OverDenture Course

Advanced Diploma Dental Prosthetics (pre requisite)

HLT60412 Health training package.

HLTDP608B Construct and insert an implant retained over denture.

Delivery and Assessment is over a one week block - 4 days in laboratory and 1 day in clinic.

This course involves taking a primary impression, preparing for a final impression, fabricating occlusal rims, establishing maxillomandibular relations, try-in of waxed denture in clients mouth and inserting the completed overdenture.

Massage for Babies
