This is a ‘hands-on’ experience, where you will be involved with the process from start to finish. Weighing ingredients, formulating recipe balances, mixing, cooking, batching, pasteurising, churning and then sanitising and cleaning of equipment.

But more importantly, tasting of your own product during and at the end of the session. You will take home samples of your work.

This course is delivered onsite by a prominent, genuine artisan gelato maker. So you will experience a special insight into the GELATO industry.
