Student work is exhibited at the end of each year. It is an opportunity for students to experience staging an exhibition and to sell their work to the Sydney TAFE and wider communities.
The Limelight Gallery exhibits and sells the creative works of Sydney TAFE students and alumni. The gallery is located in the busy walkway between Central Station, the ABC, UTS and Ultimo TAFE. As well as displaying work, there are opportunities for students to be involved with the running of the gallery.

Many of our courses involve a period of work experience, offer internship opportunities, industry guest lecturers or workplace visits. These opportunities allow you to apply your learning in a real-world context and start making industry connections.
Careers Connect is a career development tool and job vacancy service. Job vacancies are listed by employers wanting to employ current TAFE students and recent graduates. Careers Connect officers can provide advice on structuring your resume, writing applications and addressing selection criteria.
Join the Student Association, run for election as an Association board member and develop your group, presentation and networking skills. From free BBQs to live music – Association activities offer many opportunities to mix with other students.
We teach 10 popular Asian and European languages, including Chinese, Korean, Spanish and Italian. Classes are offered on week nights and weekends at Ultimo College, an easy 20 minute walk from Eora College or 15 minute walk from Central Station. You can study a nationally-accredited program at beginner's level through to advanced level.
Each year Sydney TAFE accepts over 2,000 international students from over 70 countries to study at one of our seven campus locations. Eora College proudly welcomes a small number of these international students each year. This provides all of our students with the opportunity for cross-cultural learning.
