We provide a range of student administration services in person and online. For online services you will need your DEC username (user ID) and password.

We can advise you on:

- Fee concessions, exemptions and refunds

- TAFE student card.
You may pay your TAFE NSW fee and any course related charges by EFTPOS, Visa Card, MasterCard, cheque or money order payable to TAFE NSW. TAFE NSW does not accept cash.
Customer Service Centre is open during term: 8:30am – 5:00pm on Monday and Friday, and 8.30 - 6.00pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
The cashier is open during term time: 8:30am – 4:30pm.
In TAFE holidays opening hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm

You can view your student record online through Student eServices. Student eServices is accessed by logging on to the TAFE NSW Student Portal.
You will need your DEC user ID (e.g. Firstname.Familyname) and password to log in.
Once you have logged in you can select Student eServices to:
- Access your TAFE NSW student email account
- Update your contact details
- View your personal and enrolment details
- Check your course results
- Check exam schedules and calendars
- Request an academic transcript
- Find out how much advanced standing you may be able to receive in a course, based on your previous TAFE NSW studies.

Information collected by the New South Wales TAFE Commission during a student’s enrolment and attendance will be used for the purposes of general student administration, identification, communication, state and national reporting, program monitoring, evaluation and surveys. Student information will be held securely and disposed of securely when no longer needed.
The information may be disclosed to Centrelink, the Department of Veteran’s Affairs, the Department of Education and Communities, Employment and Workplace Relations, the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (formerly the Department of Immigration and Citizenship), the Universities Admissions Centre, Office of the Board of Studies and the National Centre for Vocational Education Research (NCVER). In order to meet the requirements of Registered Training Organisations under the Apprenticeships and Traineeships Act 2001, apprentice and trainee information is provided to employers, Australian Apprenticeship Centres and State Training Services (or the relevant State Training Authority).
While the provision of the information requested on this student enrolment is not required by law, it is a requirement of TAFE NSW and your enrolment will not be accepted if it is not provided.
