    Course description and aims

    Aimed at those wanting to learn how to install security equipment, this course will teach you how to select, assemble and set-up wired and wireless base level security systems following prescribed routines.

    Before you enrol in this course you must contact the campus or campuses of your choice for details of information sessions and other procedures that may apply. Compulsory attendance at an information session may apply.

    Articulation

    Completion of this qualification, with appropriate elective units, can provide
    credit towards a Certificate III in Security Equipment.

    Learners should either be in relevant employment or have access to appropriate
    simulated workplace environments to achieve the completion requirements of this

    Thursday 22 June 2017, between 9:30am and 5:00pm at Ultimo College, Main Campus, Mary Ann Street, Building L, Level 1, Room L1.12.

    Indicative timetable:

    You will need to attend classes for one day per week (7 to 8 hours) for a minimum of 1 year. An indication of how your weekly timetable may look is: Wednesday, 8:00am to 4:45pm
