Course description and aims
Are you already working in a kitchen, or would you like to?
The first step is to complete a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate, which teaches you how to handle and keep food safe.
This course is six hours in duration and includes $30 FSS fee with the NSW Food Authority. This Certificate is required to work anywhere that serves food, including restaurants, clubs, take-aways and pubs.
Enrol at any location
You will need to attend approximately 6 hours of class a week over 2 days. An indication of how your timetable may look is: Monday and Tuesday from 6:00pm to 9:00pm

GET YOUR UNIQUE STUDENT IDENTIFIER (USI)
