    Course description and aims

    This course will give you an understanding of Windows installation, upgrade, and migration of user-related data and settings from an earlier version of Windows.

    The course will cover:
    * configuration of disks, partitions, volumes, and device drivers to enable a Windows client computers.
    And, provide an understanding of file access and printers setting, network and internet connectivity both wired and wireless.

    The course will provide an introduction to client desktop computers security, optimisation and maintaining of the performance and reliability of a Windows client computer.

    Course outcomes and careers

    This course is for aspiring windows desktop administrators. Develop proficiency in performing maintenance tasks, installing and configuring a computer running Windows operating system, and configuring basic networking.
