ICT Systems Infrastructure course details
Course description and aims
This course will introduce you to the fundamentals of ICT infrastructure including:

For your work as a business analyst/system designer you must understand concepts, processes and technologies used by systems administrators to deliver and maintain an ICT infrastructure within a business/enterprise. It is assumed you have little to no experience in a professional information technology environment. While every information technology culture is specific to its parent organisation, there are commonalities that apply to all. This course would look at these commonalities and provide a general introduction to critical aspects related to system administration.
