    Course description and aims

    This course focuses on understanding work health and safety (WHS) policies, procedures and programs in the relevant work area in order to meet legislative requirements. Liaising with stakeholders in a community and develop community networks, develop relationships that support the establishment and development of a community group and provide support from within the community for the group.

    You will gain skills and knowledge required to plan, implement and manage basic marketing and promotional activities that do not require detailed or complex planning or implementation.

    About offering:

    This course will be delivered in collaboration with the St George School of Fine Arts and the Community Education and Arts Development Centre (CEAD). There are no pre requisites to enter into this qualification.

    CEAD Centre is located at 255 Wilson St Eveleigh.

    Indicative timetable:

    You will need to attend approximately 3 hours of class a week over 1 day per week for 9 weeks at CEAD Centre, 255 Wilson St Eveleigh. An indication of how your weekly timetable may look is: Wednesday 1:30pm to 4:30pm.
