    Course description and aims

    This course focuses on small business planning with direct links to the starting up of creative small business and or community based projects. Achieving business and or project goals that link to creative small business and or community arts objectives.

    You will gain skills and knowledge required to research, develop and implement business or records systems for a small business, plus understand how to obtain revenue from private, public and community sources for Community Art and Cultural Development projects.

    This course is delivered by TAFE NSW St George School of Fine Arts, in collaboration with community centres including Community Education and Arts Development (CEAD), and Creative Space Southern Highlands, Kazcare, Bowral

    Indicative timetable:

    You will need to attend 3 hours of class over 1 day per week for 10 weeks. Indicative timetable: Friday, 9:30am to 12:30pm.

    This course will be delivered in collaboration with the St George School of Fine Arts TAFENSW and the Community Education and Arts Development Centre (CEAD). Classes will be located at the CEAD centre 255 Wilson St, Eveleigh.
