Millinery for Stage course details
Course description and aims
This course is designed to introduce the learner to the process of researching, designing and making head pieces/millinery objects to be worn at a theatrical prop head piece.
The learner will learn the use and application of materials and basic millinery techniques for wearable objects. The collection will be choreographed and presented live on stage at the Enmore Theatre as part of Design Centre Enmore's end of year show.
Enrol at any location
You should plan to spend approximately one hour of your own time for every hour of 'face to face' training per week on projects and research, additional to class activities.
You will need to attend approximately 4 hours of class over 1 evening a week for 9 weeks. Indicative timetable: Wednesday, 5:00pm to 9:00pm.

This course is fully government-subsidised for eligible students, meaning you won't have to pay any course fees. It is part of a program to help people develop the skills they need to get a job, undertake entry level qualifications or transition to a new job.
If you are not eligible for subsidised training, you can still choose to enrol in the course but will need to pay the full (non-subsidised) fee $2220.
