    Course description and aims

    Change at work can bring uncertainty, fear, ambiguity and inertia.
    The Statement of Attainment in Dealing with Change in the Workplace is a series of 5 intense practical workshops that will give you the tools to:
    • manage change
    • raise productivity after change using lean sigma methodology
    • enhance your leadership techniques to drive these improvements
    These workshops are a must if you intend to develop change agility in a challenging environment!

    And on completion, you will also be awarded the Statement of Attainment in Dealing with Change in the Workplace with the following units:
    BSBLDR501 – Develop and use emotional intelligence
    BSBMGT516 – Facilitate continuous improvement
    BSBINN601 – Lead and manage organisational change.

    Graduates can move onto the BSB50215 - Diploma of Business or the BSB51915 - Diploma of Leadership and Management

    You will need to attend approximately 35 hours of class a week over 5 days per week. An indication of how your weekly timetable may look is Monday to Friday 9:30 a.m to 4:30 p.m.
