Course description and aims
Change at work can bring uncertainty, fear, ambiguity and inertia.
The Statement of Attainment in Dealing with Change in the Workplace is a series of 5 intense practical workshops that will give you the tools to:
Â• manage change
Â• raise productivity after change using lean sigma methodology
Â• enhance your leadership techniques to drive these improvements
These workshops are a must if you intend to develop change agility in a challenging environment!
And on completion, you will also be awarded the Statement of Attainment in Dealing with Change in the Workplace with the following units:
BSBLDR501 Â– Develop and use emotional intelligence
BSBMGT516 Â– Facilitate continuous improvement
BSBINN601 Â– Lead and manage organisational change.
Graduates can move onto the BSB50215 - Diploma of Business or the BSB51915 - Diploma of Leadership and Management
Course outcomes and careers
This training is fully subsidised by the NSW government for eligible students. Please check eligibility requirements below.
You are eligible if you:
- Are aged 15 years or older
- Have left school
- Live or work in New South Wales
- Are an Australian citizen, permanent resident, humanitarian visa holder or New Zealand citizen.
Enrol at any location
You will need to attend approximately 35 hours of class a week over 5 days per week. An indication of how your weekly timetable may look is Monday to Friday 9:30 a.m to 4:30 p.m.
