    Course description and aims

    Managing projects is not easy, but it is a crucial task in the workplace. This Statement of Attainment in Project Management Fundamentals will equip you with practical skills and knowledge required for improving project scoping and planning, time planning, procurement, engaging stakeholders and risk management strategies, as well as handling and using time effectively.
    Our Project Management Statement of Attainment will cover the following units:
