Course description and aims
This Statement of Attainment in Setting up your own Business is a practical, quality introduction into the skills you need to be able to set up and run your own small business.
You will be learning and achieving the following units of competency:
PSPGEN028 Provide a quotation
SIRXCEG001 Engage the customer
BSBSMB402 Plan small business finances
BSBSMB403 Market the small business
To access government-subsidised training in TAFE NSW, including fee exemptions or concessions, you must be:
an Australian citizen or meet the criteria of being an Australian permanent resident, a humanitarian visa holder, or a New Zealand citizen
aged 15 years or older
no longer be at school and
living or working in NSW OR
registered as a NSW apprentice or new entrant trainee.

Attend the following information session to meet with the teaching staff, discuss the course and get more information about enrolment and next steps.
Saturday 29 April 2017, from 09:30am to 03:30pm at Sutherland College, Gymea Campus, Corner of Hotham Road & Kingsway, building A, level2, room 01 (A2.01)
You will need to attend approximately 6 hours of class a week over 5 weeks. An indication of how your weekly timetable may look is: Saturdays; 29 April 2017 until 27 May 2017 from 09:30am to 03:30pm.
