    Course description and aims

    This Statement of Attainment in Effective Leadership using Emotional Intelligence and Communication Skills qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply specialised knowledge and skills, together with experience in leadership and management, across a range of enterprise and industry contexts. Individuals at this level use initiative and judgement to plan and implement a range of leadership and management functions, with accountability for personal and team outcomes within broad parameters.

    Emotional Intelligence, Communication and Working in Teams are critical skill for modern leaders in order to enhance overall communication skills and team building skills. You will be achieving the following uits of competency:
    BSBLDR501 Develop and Use Emotional Intelligence
    BSBLDR503 Communicate in the workplace
    BSBLDR502 Lead and manage effective workplace relationships
    BSBWOR502 Lead and manage team effectiveness

    Other Requirements

    Learners will be existing workers that are currently working in leadership roles or aspiring to move into such roles.
