    Course description and aims

    This Essentials to Working in a Warehouse Distribution Centre course is aimed at people wanting to learn the introductory set of skills related to the warehousing & distribution centre sector of the Logistics/Supply Chain Industry.
    Completion of this course will also provide a pathway into, and credit towards, the following four units of competency of the Certificate III in Logistics (TLI32416) & Certificate III in Warehousing Operations (TLI31616). You will be learning:
    - BSBCUS301: Deliver & monitor a service to customers
    - TLIA3019: Organise receival operation
    - TLIA3018: Organise dispatch operation
    - TLIE3002: Estimate calculate area & quantify dimensions

    Attend the first class Tuesday 23 May 2017 between 9:30am and 2:30pm at St George College, Main Campus, Cnr Princes Highway & President Avenue, Kogarah, Building F, Ground Floor, Room FG.24.

    Indicative timetable:

    You will need to attend approximately 5 hours of class a week over 4 weeks. An indication of how your weekly timetable may look is: Tuesday 9:30am to 2:30pm
