    Course description and aims

The ability to lead effectively is based on a number of key skills and this series of face-to-face interactive workshops will help you develop or hone those skills. Effective talented leaders are highly sought after by employers as they are able to deal with people in such a way as to motivate, enthuse and build respect. Leadership roles are all around us, not just in a work environment – you can apply this skill set in so many day-to-day situations.
