    Course description and aims

    This course is aimed at people wanting to work as managers in the various areas of the logistics and supply chain industry.

    Through a combination of practical activities, industry case studies, role plays, simulations and projects, you will learn a range of management focused transport and logistics skills.

    You will also have the opportunity to learn about performance management, operational planning, risk management, distribution, budgets and financial planning, and environmentally sustainable work practices.

    Tuesday 25th July 2017, from 06:00pm to 09:00pm at St George College, Main Campus, Cnr Princes Highway and President Avenue, Building F , Lower Ground Floor, Room FLG.03.

    Indicative timetable:

    You will need to attend approximately 6 hours of class a week over 2 evenings. An indication of how your weekly timetable may look is: Tuesday and Thursday, 6:00pm to 9:00pm.

    PAYMENT OPTIONS AND ASSISTANCE

    This course is approved for a Commonwealth VET Student Loan (VSL). If you meet the VSL eligibility and academic suitability requirements, you are able to apply to the Commonwealth for a loan to cover all or part of your course fee. We will ask you whether you would like to apply for a VET Student Loan when you enrol and advise you of the process.

    The loan cap for this course is $5,000. This means the maximum amount you can borrow for each unit of study is $1,250, and you will need to directly pay the remaining $615 for each Unit of Study.
