Course description and aims
The skills from Trade Drawing Workshop 1 & 2 are required to complete this workshop.
The learner will gain skills and knowledge to complete pencil and inked trade drawings to illustrate textures such as fur, lace, quilting and knit fabrics that can be applied to more detail style variations.
At The end of this course students will be able to:
* Identify and describe design elements to include fabric textures and construction
* Use pencil and pigment liners to draw and outline garments, design elements and fabric textures
* Interpret garments and draw a trade drawing with detailed style variations
* Use a variety of Coquis to draw a proportioned garment
* Use drawing tools to create a professional trade drawing
Completing Fashion Trade Drawing Workshop 3 will contribute 6 hours of NESA Registered Professional Development addressing 6.2.2 and 7.2.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.

You will need to attend 3 hours of class over 1 evening a week for 2 weeks. An indication of how your weekly timetable may look is: Tuesday 5:00pm to 8:00pm.
