Course description and aims
Discover the wonderful art of black and white wet darkroom techniques. This course will delivery valuable knowledge and skills which include black and white film types; various paper types; processing and printing techniques; print toning; print finishing; mounting techniques.
Completing Black and White Photographic Printing will contribute 12 hours of NESA Registered PD addressing 6.2.2 and 7.2.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.

You will need to attend approximately 3 hours of class over 1 day per week for 4 weeks. An indication of how your weekly timetable may look is: Wednesday 4:30pm to 7:30pm.

Candidates will need to provide their own DSLR or digital rangefinder camera with full manual controls; portable hardrive approx 500GB and have a computer with basic imaging software to complete this course.
