    Course description and aims

    This course is for people with significant work experience, some of it at line manager level, who want to become human resource managers. Industry recognised as the standard for employment as a human resources manager or specialist human resources role, this course focuses on change management, HR strategic planning, organisational development and design, employee relations and strategic leadership.

    Students can also study two additional topic areas, including risk management, knowledge management, business plan development, management of business operations and implementation of strategic planning.

    Attend the following information session to meet with the teaching staff, discuss the course and get more information about enrolment and next steps.

    Tuesday, 30 January 2018, from 6:00pm to 7:00pm at Ultimo College, Thomas Street, Building G, Level 5, Room G5.15.

    Indicative timetable:

    You will need to attend approximately 20 hours of class a week over 2 days. An indication of how your weekly timetable may look is: Thursday to Friday, 9:00am to 4:30pm.
