    Course description and aims

    This course is aimed at people who have a good theoretical knowledge of human resources management and would like to further their qualifications and develop HR management skills.

    It is expected students will already have managerial skills and staff responsibility to ensure they get the most from a range of core subjects which include performance management, recruitment and induction and employee relations.
