Course description and aims
This course is designed for developers with experience in the Swift programming language, who have completed the Develop iPhone Apps with Swift (Introductory) course, and combines and solidifies your skills and knowledge around iOS development using Swift.
Combine your skills from the introductory course to develop a sophisticated app while implementing other API and SDK features. Learn Core Data Relationships, QR Barcode Capturing, Dependencies with CocoaPods, Web Requests and JSON Handling, Calendar Integration with EventKit, iBeacon Location Services, Tab Bar Controller and Search Bar, TableView Sections & Refresh, Basic Animations and Push Notifications.
On completion of this course you will be proficient in intermediate and advanced handling of complex operations and constructs.

Wednesday 4 October 2017 from 2:00pm or 6:00pm at Ultimo College, Thomas Street Ultimo, Building G, Ground Level, Room GG.26.
You will need to attend approximately 6 hours of class over 2 evenings per week for 5 weeks. An indication of how your weekly timetable may look is: Tuesday and Thursday, 6.00pm to 9.00pm and one Saturday 10:00am to 4:00pm.
