Course description and aims
This course is for people who want to further develop their skills for understanding and using Revit for schematic design, rendering and documentation with one CAD package.
The course will help participants gain an understanding of:
- Custom detailing, profiles and annotation
- Creating 3D parametric components and families
- Setting up templates, schedules and title blocks

This course is most suited to industry professionals (architects, building designers, architectural drafters, architectural students) who have completed the Revit Â– Introduction for Architects or who are currently working with Revit at a basic level and would like to improve their skills.
The course includes:
Custom detailing, profiles and annotation
Creating 3D parametric components and families
Setting up templates, schedules and title blocks
You will need to attend approximately 6 hours of class a week over 1 day for 3 weeks. An indication of how your weekly timetable may look is: Saturday, 9:00am to 4:00pm.
