Course description and aims
THE PRESENTERS
Creative Collaborators is a series of three intensive online programs for creative artists to develop and recognise their work, including exclusive workshops with high profile creatives to inspire you on your own creative journey.
The Presenters (Series 2) showcases how the hairdressing industry offers opportunities to share, invent, inspire, bedazzle and grow. From classroom educators to platform artists, behind the scenes secrets, tales and pressures are as important in the journey as the show itself.

-Build confidence in the presentation arena
Course Syllabus
Present inspiring and educational work to meet the briefs and produce self-directed creative briefs. Develop your understanding and use of the creative and leadership processes.
Meet the Artists
In candid interviews, world leaders in creative hair, share their experiences of the journey that has brought their art and craft to the forefront of their creative medium.
Interpret the brief to create hair design concepts
-Select creative briefs that inspire you to create hair for presentations.
-Research the artistic and technical references to interpret the creative brief.
-Create hair design concepts to meet the creative brief.
-Storyboard, prototype and seek feedback to develop the ideas.
Creativity and leadership
-Develop an understanding of the theories of creativity and leadership to integrate into your own professional design practice.
Complete the projects
The projects enable you to collaborate with like-minded professionals; communicate the hair design brief; and bring the concept to fruition by creating presentations that meet the brief.
Course outcomes and careers
Entry requirements
Entry to this qualification is open to individuals who have commercial experience as a senior salon hairdresser or session stylist and significant technical expertise in the hairdressing industry. This expertise must include:
-provision of highly specialised styling and/or chemical services
-establishment and maintenance of an extensive clientele base
-coordination and training of team members, and
-contribution to the promotion of an organisation in platform work at recognised state or national industry events
-proficient use of a computer
Enrol at any location
This course is delivered completely online. Once enrolled you'll have up to 14 weeks to complete the course. You will be required to do approximately 10 hours of work such as reading and completing tasks each week.

Please be aware there are certain criteria that you must meet to be eligible to undertake this course. You will need to attend approximately 10 hours of class a week including online and offline hours of study.
