    Course description and aims

    Come and let our industry expert Nick Caraturo take you on a voyage though Italy, pairing fine Italian wine with premium and artisan Italian Cheeses.This relaxed and fun evening course is aimed at exploring the regional nature of Italian wines and pairing
    them with premium and artisan Italian Cheeses.Whilst the course will focus on the liaison between the various Italian regions and their cheeses, some useful information will be provided that assists with general food and wine pairing. You will get to sample six quality Italian wines from Enoteca Sileno professionally matched with six artisan Italian cheeses and their accompaniments from Formaggi Ocello. At the conclusion of the evening, you will come out with an understanding of how to choose Italian wines and cheeses that best complement each other.
