THE IMAGE MAKERS
Creative Collaborators is a series of three intensive online programs for creative artists to develop and recognise their work, including exclusive workshops with high profile creatives to inspire you on your own creative journey.
The Image Makers (Series 1) is not just about hair, it is about drawing inspiration and ideas from the world around you.

Interpret creative briefs, manage communications, build a team and create a professional image-making environment.

In exclusive candid interviews, some of the industryÂ’s creative leaders share their stories as The Image Makers. These Hair Designers want you to know what it takes, how their journey unfolds and how they activate their creative selves.
Draw on the library of inspirational story telling to help you develop and draw on ideas to activate your creative self.
INTERPRET THE BRIEF TO CREATE HAIR DESIGN CONCEPTS
-Select creative briefs that inspire you to create beautiful images
-Research the artistic and technical references to interpret the creative brief
-Create hair design concepts for the brief
-Storyboard, prototype and seek feedback to develop the ideas
CREATIVITY AND LEADERSHIP
-dissect the theories of creativity and leadership
-develop your own creativity through and bring inspiration to your projects
COMPLETE THE PROJECTS
Creative briefs are the driving force behind making beautiful images. The project process will guide you to build your own network of like-minded creatives and to learn the ways to communicate your ideas to the team.
Course outcomes and careers
Entry to this qualification is open to individuals who have commercial experience as a senior salon hairdresser or session stylist and significant technical expertise in the hairdressing industry. This expertise must include:
-provision of highly specialised styling and/or chemical services
-establishment and maintenance of an extensive clientele base
-coordination and training of team members, and
-contribution to the promotion of an organisation in platform work at recognised state or national industry events
-proficient use of a computer
Enrol at any location
This course is delivered completely online. Once enrolled you'll have up to 14 weeks to complete the course. You will be required to do approximately 10 hours of work such as reading and completing tasks each week.
