    Course description and aims

    The class includes recipes, plenty to eat or take home meals. The focus of this course is to introduce students to basic Provencal flavours, with seafood and vegetable dishes being the main focus on the menu. On completion of the one day course, you will be able to produce the most famous fish soup (Soupe de poisson) from Marseille. You will also produce a bouillabaisse style dish, ratatouille and Provencal tomatoes.
    WHAT TO BRING: Please make sure you wear long trousers and enclosed footwear, and bring an apron with you.

    You will need to attend approximately 6 hours of class a week over 1 day. An indication of how your weekly timetable may look is: Saturday, 07 April 9:00am to 4:00pm.
