Course description and aims
Introductory short course for beginners and enthusiasts. You will look at working with basic fruited doughs and formulae, the composition of fruited doughs and ingredients. We deal with different mixing methods and techniques, shaping, proofing, baking and handling of doughs, and of course, taste testing.
Enrol at any location
You will need to attend approximately 6 hours of class a week over 1 day. An indication of how your weekly timetable may look is: Saturday, 9:00am to 3:00pm
If you are not an Australian citizen or permanent resident, we will contact you with the non-subsidised fee for this course during the application process.
GET YOUR UNIQUE STUDENT IDENTIFIER (USI)
