Basic Breads course details
Course description and aims
Introductory short course for beginners and enthusiasts. You will look at working with basic doughs and formulae, the function of ingredients, their performance and influence on the finished p roduct in basic breadmaking. We deal with mixing, shaping, proofing, baking and handling of doughs, and of course, taste testing!
Enrol at any location
You will need to attend approximately 6 hours of class over 1 day per week. An indication of how your weekly timetable may look is: Saturday, 09:00am to 3:00pm.
If you are not an Australian citizen or permanent resident, we will contact you with the non-subsidised fee for this course during the application process.
GET YOUR UNIQUE STUDENT IDENTIFIER (USI)
Before you enrol you must have a Unique Student Identifier (USI). Visit http://www.usi.gov.au/students/create-your-usi to request a USI. Remember to add Sydney TAFE to your account via the Manage Permissions page (code: 90003, name: TAFE NSW - Sydney Institute).
