    Course description and aims

    You will work with couverture chocolate and we show you how to temper chocolate. We explain the importance of correct handling, storage and other properties of couverture as you
    work towards moulding a nd shaping the Eggs. You will be shown various decorating methods and ideas as you practice your new skills. Take your finished product home to enjoy with friends and family over Easter.
    Some skills are helpful, but not complusory for this specialised course.

    You will need to attend approximately 6 hours of class over 1 day per week. An indication of how your weekly timetable may look is: Saturday, 9:00am to 3:00pm.
