Course description and aims
The Statement of Attainment Retail Team Leader is a short practical course focused on imparting the skills and kniwledge to be a better retail supervisor. You will be undertaking:
SIRXMGT001 Supervise And Support Frontline Team Members
SIRXMKT001 Support Marketing And Promotional Activities
SIRXCEG003 Build Customer Relationships And Loyalty

Attend the following information session to meet with the teaching staff, discuss the course and get more information about enrolment and next steps.
Gymea Campus, Building A, Ground Floor, Room AG01.
You will need to attend approximately 6 hours of class over 2 days per week. An indication of how your weekly timetable may look is: Wednesday 6:00pm to 9:00pm.
If you are not an Australian citizen or permanent resident, we will contact you with the non-subsidised fee for this course during the application process.
GET YOUR UNIQUE STUDENT IDENTIFIER (USI)
