A real alternative

Floristry student Brittany Henderson says she didn’t want to spend three years studying at university because she wasn’t sure what she wanted to do with her life. Looking for alternatives, she found Sydney TAFE and decided on floristry as a potential career path.

“I’ve always been an arty kind of person and I was looking for something different,” Brittany says.

Now doing her second floristry course, she plans to travel overseas and wants to use her floristry skills as she works her way around Europe.
